I had been doing so well, I had in 3 weeks lost 9lbs... I knew it was going too well, I put on 1lbs this week...
I know exactly where I went wrong, despite being fairly good with my choices and therefore only putting 1lb on, I didn't make a note of things... Ah well back to the iPhone App it is (it's certainly better then slimming worlds efforts)
Today is a new day, all food consumption has been noted on the app and I'm within my dailies...
Early night tonight though cause I've a horrible stinky cold.
